I currently charge $40 an hour, this covers my expenses as gas, equipment, etc…
All customers are welcomed to the family, there will be customized plans for each individual to accomplish their dreams.
This is subject to the individual, whether it’s body weight, yoga, or strength. We can assess those problems if it comes to that.
Yes, remember everyone will have their own individual workout routine.
Yes, I prefer to travel it allows me to come to the client and work with them. Usually in a comfortable environment wherever that maybe for them.
Currently I’m based in Overland park KS. Any of the surrounding cities I’ll travel to, Kansas City, Prairie Village, Shawnee, Olathe… If you’re outside of this area we can work out something.
